What is your return policy?

If any item is damaged or broken, we will replace it if notified within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase. No returns on any non-clothing items (CDs, DVDs, books, cymbals, manuals, etc.) or on sale clothing items. Contact the store for details.

What is your exchange policy?

Regularly priced clothing items (unless otherwise noted), may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase for another size of the same item. Customer should contact the store for details Clothes must be in original condition. (Note that the customer will have to cover the expense of shipping back the original item as well as the shipping expenses for sending out the new item.)

What are your workshop payment policies?

No refunds, and a workshop payment may not be transferred from one person to another.

Transfer of a workshop payment is permitted under the following conditions: A request for a non-medical related transfer must be made at least three months before Day 1 of the workshop. Suhaila's staff must receive an up-to-date doctor's note regarding your medical emergency/ medical issue that prevents you from participating in the workshop. Transfer of payment will only be completed once the doctor's note has been received by Suhaila Staff. (The doctor's note should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than Day 1 of the workshop.)

A transferred payment must be applied to a workshop held within one year from date of the initial workshop. (A workshop payment may be transferred only once.) Note that a $100 transfer fee applies to each workshop transfer, and transfers apply to the Albany, CA Studio (Mothership) workshops only.

Workshop payment is due in full by the 'balance due' date listed on the website and on the workshop flyer. Participants may be removed from the workshop list and lose all payments made if the full amount due is not paid by the balance due date.

Online Class Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

If you are curious but not quite sure yet about subscribing to the program, you are welcome to watch the demos and join for a free 3-day trial. Why is my online confirmation number different from my order number?

This is due to the internal process we must maintain to properly track your order through the system. Once an order number is assigned you may use it for all future references to that purchase.
